  Our favorite little family restaurant!  They have great food, Mexican and American.  Their tortilla soup is the best!! We have been coming for years and will continue doing so!!

  My Bible Study group and I went here yesterday around 11:30am. Unfortunately I fell, slipping on the carpet.  I sprained my ankle,  bruised knee, thigh and injured my chest and back. We had to ask 3 times for a couple bags of ice for my injuries.
  Manager left after the accident. No one would take an incident report.  Just put my name and phone number down on a piece of paper to have manager call me.  24 hours later,  no phone calls.
  Oh food was served cold.

  What an amazing disappoint this place has become.  We are long time Chino residents and try to support local business as much as possible but as of tonight we will no longer be supporting this one. We waited over 45 minutes for our order just to have the server bring out half and tell us the other tacos we ordered were no longer available.  She was completely unapologetic and actually started to get mad at me when I said forget the order and to just bill me out for our drinks. I understand running out of items but why wait 45 minutes to tell a customer the item is not available? We would have just ordered something else had we been informed as soon as they were aware but at this point, how long would we have waited to get something else? It is just sad that this is what they feel is any way to treat customers.

  We often drive through to get breakfast burritos and/or quesadillas. Then we have the kids and grandkids over to share! Get lots of their house salsa- it's mild but flavorful.

  We just bought 30 tacos n they did not fill them
  With the lettuce n cheese they just threw them on top. So we I bought them to party people had to take what they thought what should go into each taco . We called the owner and explained what happened. He was soo kind n offered to give us our order and he refunded our money for inconvenience! What a wonderful way to honor the customer with great service and make it right!! I will totally support his business n tell others to too!! I wrote the beginning of this review when it happened today we went back n the owner kept his promise!! He is a man of his word. Support this family owned cafe!! You won't be disappointed. I would give them more stars if I could! Oh and the ladies at the window are so friendly and polite too! Great job!!! I'm a happy customer once again !
